snowdrops by starlight

A rare chance to see some of my work in Scotland, I am exhibiting as part of the snowdrop festival at Cambo Estate near St Andrews. I have installed a large "touch wood" sculpture (80 metres long) and made a new piece "branch lines" in the woods near the sea (pictured below). I have also installed 4 existing pieces in the stables : Kissing Cousins, Slow Talker, Snail's Pace, Tectonic.

The festival runs from February 1st until March 13th. It is open every day and there are evening tours from 11th-27th February. Details here : snowdrops by starlight

At certain times the stables may be closed, but please ask the staff to open them for you if you go to see my work !

I'm taking part in the colourscape music festival on Clapham common on saturday September 12th, 1pm-5pm, more details here

performance and group exhibition at arles

La 3ème exposition collective organisée par Originart dans l'Eglise des Frères Prêcheurs en Arles débute le samedi 19 septembre et se termine le samedi 17 octobre 2009.
Le vernissage aura lieu le samedi 19 septembre à 11h avec une performance du musicien et sculpteur sonore Will Menter et de la danseuse Aurore Gruel.
L'exposition, intitulée "L'Air de Riens", rassemble 22 artistes venus de la région mais aussi de toute la France.
L'occasion de présenter des points de vue différents, de faire entendre des voix nouvelles, permettant ainsi de faire se côtoyer dessinateurs, graveurs, laqueurs, sculpteurs et peintres.
Pendant la durée de l'exposition différents évènements culturels sont programmés : performance, lecture sonore, création théâtre, atelier d'écriture (programme complet sur le flyer ci-joint).
